Bon Appétit is proud to offer customized service to your location for any coffee equipment or product ordered through our program at no additional cost.
This includes the following at a frequency that fits your needs:
Daily or weekly restocking
Commercial grade brewing equipment
Our team is ready to work with you to create your ideal Pantry and to establish the appropriate service levels to fit your needs.
Bon Appétit is already set up with NBCU Accounting and is ready to process any orders placed with Department Charge or Budget Code for ease.

During your walkthrough, our Pantry Team will review the space you would like to set-up and discuss what coffee machines will best service your needs.
We will also review service expectations for your location and can deliver as a “scheduled standing order” or “delivery as needed”.
Our Pantry Team will coordinate with our Coffee Vendor Canteen to order and install your coffee equipment and align your first delivery with the installation so that you are ready to go as soon as possible!
How do I choose the right coffee machine?
Our Pantry Team is ready to help! Please reach out via the inquiry form or by emailing us at [email protected] to schedule a walk-through of your space. We will help you determine which machine will service the population count in your area based on the available space for set-up and product storage.
Can you provide a water machine?
Our partners in Corporate Services is happy to help with water machine requests! Simply email [email protected] to request a water machine.
Help! I underestimated consumption and am out of product. How can I get more?
Email us at [email protected] and let us know what you need! If we have it in stock, we will route our soonest available attendant to deliver this to your location. If we don’t have it in stock, we will let you know when we expect to receive our next shipment and route your items to you.
How does billing work?
We create invoices based on your requested items and what is actually delivered to your location. We process billing every Friday, for the previous Friday through Thursday business. We will close out your invoice to the budget code you have provided and submit to NBCU accounting.
My coffee machine is on the fritz! How do I request service?
Simply send an email to [email protected] and let us know what your issue is and the location of the machine and we will help you remedy. If a service call is required to get you back up and running, we will schedule a Service Technician for you and let you know when to expect them.
